Yes. The Pokémon Center store is not open to the public, and event badges will be required to visit the store.

 

All individuals booking a store reservation must have an event badge registered to the same email address as that used to make the reservation.

 

Badge pickup will begin on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 and be open daily through Sunday, August 30, 2026.  Please look for information on selecting a badge pickup time to be sent to the email address used to make your event badge purchase. 

All individuals 6 years of age or older entering the Pokémon Center store must have an event badge. Children 5 and under do not require a badge.

 

All badges will be scanned upon entry, regardless of who in the party holds the reservation.

 

Only one store visit per person will be permitted for the duration of the event.

To ensure all guests have an opportunity to visit, we ask that you keep your visit brief and continue moving through the store. Loitering or extended stays are not permitted.

Pokémon Center Store: Shop for PokémonXP and 2026 Worlds–exclusive merchandise, along with a selection of additional Pokémon Center products.

 

Pokémon Center Outpost (on Rayquaza Road): Pokémon Center non-event exclusive merchandise will be available for purchase.

The entrance for the Pokémon Center store is located on the Northeast side of the building, off of 4th Street.

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your store reservation time. You will be asked to leave the area if you arrive earlier.

Guests require a store reservation and a PokémonXP badge or tournament badge to enter the Pokémon Center store.

 

Registered competitors will receive a unique invitation to book their Pokémon Center store reservation. We recommend that competitors make a reservation for Wednesday or Thursday to avoid conflicts with the timing of their tournament participation.

Yes, you may book a store reservation for any day of the event with available times. However, bring your event badge to your Pokémon Center store reservation, as it will be scanned upon entry.

If you are unable to make your reservation time, please come to the Customer Service desk at the entrance to the Pokémon Center store.

Pokémon Center does not accept cash. Debit/cash cards and most credit cards are accepted.

To make products available to as many customers as possible, purchase limits may be in effect for some products. We reserve the right to change purchase limits and products with purchase limits at our discretion. Items are available for purchase only while supplies last.

All sales are final. We will allow for some exchanges of defective goods during the event. No refunds or returns will be offered.

Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products will be available for purchase via Hand Distribution.

 

Please note that due to high demand, the Pokémon Trading Card Game Elite Trainer Boxes and Booster Bundles available at the Pokémon Center store will be hand-distributed inside the Pokémon Center store, while supplies last.

Yes. When booking a store reservation, you may opt in to enter the selection process for receiving a voucher that enables the purchase of select products available in limited quantities.

 

Products available for purchase via voucher:

If you are selected to receive a product purchase voucher, you will redeem the voucher prior to checkout during your store reservation time.

The Pokémon Center store is located within a flat, no-barrier hall accessible by stairs or escalator, with seating areas available prior to store entry.

 

Should you require other accommodations to enter the store, please notify a Pokémon Center staff member at the time of your reservation.

 

Quiet areas and noise cancelling headphones are available upon request.

We highly recommend that you do not bring in a stroller into the Pokémon Center store. Exceptions will be made for medical use. There will be a stroller parking / check-in area available.

All bags must be the size of a backpack (22'' × 14'' × 9'') or smaller, must fully close/zipper shut, and must remain worn on the back.

 

Luggage and shopping bags will not be permitted inside the store. Guests with bags that violate this policy will be denied entry with their bag and directed to Bag Check.

No, FedEx will not be on-site this year. If guests wish to ship products, FedEx has a store inside the San Francisco Marriott Marquis hotel located across the street.
