Autograph Room Interest List
To help manage crowds, we are moving to an Interest List to select participants for activities in the Autograph Room at the 2026 Pokémon Europe International Championships. Registered attendees with a valid badge may add their name to the Interest List for as many activities as they wish. After the Interest List is closed, attendees will be randomly selected to participate. Selection from the Interest List is randomized there is no guarantee that an attendee will be selected for any of the activities they sign up for.
Individuals selected for an Autograph session, may attend with up to 4 children and 1 additional adult, but only one person in your group will receive the personalized autograph.
The Interest List registration will close at 11:59 PM GMT on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Attendees will be notified via email if they have, or have not, been randomly selected by 11:59 pm GMT on Monday, February 9, 2026.

What is an Interest List?
An Interest List is a form that permits sign-ups to indicate attendee interest in and availability for partaking in select high-interest activities.
Why are we using an interest list to sign up?
The Interest List process enables us to better manage crowds and ensures access to as many fans as possible.
Which activities require an Interest List?
All Autograph Sessions will use an Interest List to manage capacity.
How do we sign up for the Interest List?
Guests with a valid badge may sign up until 11:59 PM GMT Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
I don't have a username to login. How can I join the Interest List?
You must be registered with an email address to add your name to the Interest List. Adults registered by another attendee, who have not yet logged in to our site, will need to select "forgot password" to validate their account prior to joining the Interest List. Youth attendees, caregivers and competitor guardians who registered with another person, cannot join the Interest List on their own; the primary account holder must join the Interest List and if selected, determine who in their group will receive the autograph.
How many times can I sign up on the Interest List?
Attendees may register their interest for as many activities as they like. As selection from the Interest List is randomized, there is no guarantee that a guest will be selected for any or all of activities they sign up for.
How do I find out if I have been selected for an Interest List activity?
All attendees will be notified if they have, or have not, been randomly selected by 11:59 PM GMT on Monday, February 9, 2026. Selected attendees, and their party, may show up 10 minutes in advance of the session. The selected individual MUST be present along with their party for the group to participate.
I was WAITLISTED for an activity. What does this mean?
We anticipate that some guests who were randomly selected to participate in activities may not show up. If you receive an email stating you were randomly selected for the "Waitlist" please arrive at the Autograph Room 5 minutes before the start of the session. Once you arrive, we will verify you are on the Waitlist and have you queue separately. If time permits, we will accommodate those from the Waitlist in the order they are in line on-site. Please note that this will not guarantee entry to the session.
I didn't get to sign up on / didn’t get selected from the Interest List, but I still want to partake in one of the activities. What do I do?
Autograph Sessions do not have additional availability outside of the Interest List and the randomly selected Waitlist.
