Registration
Competitor Registration
Registration for this event is open to all competitors in good standing with the Play! Pokémon program. Competitors must have an active Play! Pokémon account with current and accurate information.
Competitor registration will be managed by RK9 and registration will be divided into two waves at the following times:
Competitor Wave 1: December 16, 2025 - 7:00 p.m. GMT
Competitor Wave 2: December 17, 2025 - 9:00 a.m. GMT
Competitor registration will close on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. GMT, or when passes sell out.
Competitors with Travel Awards and Travel Stipends will receive separate information about early registration.
One (1) complimentary Guardian pass will be included during registration for competitors under the age of 18. Registered competitors ages 16 and under must be accompanied by a guardian. Competitor friends and family are otherwise encouraged to register and purchase a Spectator pass - more information below!
Spectator Registration
Not competing at EUIC? Grab a spectator pass to cheer on your favorite competitor and to delight in fun, games and additional activities!
Registration opens December 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. GMT. Passes are available until sold-out.
To register as a spectator and purchase a pass, you will create an account profile, or login to a previously created account, using the button at the bottom of this section. Refresh your sceen if the "Register Now" buttton does not appear.
Multi-day Pass

Pass details:
- One pass / pass type per person. Individuals may register themselves and a maxium of (1) one additional adult, and up to (3) three youth.
- Youth 16 and under be registered by, and attend the event with, an adult. Youth under the age of 13 must remain with their adult guardian at all times during the event.
- Personal information will be collected for all additional attendees at the time of purchase, including name, badge name, and adult email address. All individuals whose information is provided must be made aware of this prior to any registration. All personal data will handled in accordance with TPCi’s privacy notice which is available for review here.
- Youth under the age of 5 do not require a pass and can join their parents at EUIC without advance registration.
- Spectator passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Content Creator & Media Registration
To apply for a Media or Creator pass, you must complete the Media/Content Creator Application Form.
