Arena Seating FAQs

To get a clear understanding of our arena seating process, plesae review the FAQs below.

Can I sit with my friends?
Groups wishing to sit together must enter the arena at the same time. Wristbands are distributed upon entry and cannot be collected for others who are not present. Seating sections may fill quickly, so late arrivals may be placed in a different section.

What if I need to go to the bathroom or get food? Is my seat reserved?
To keep your seat, we recommend using the restrooms and concessions located within the arena. A seat in the assigned wristband section is guaranteed as long as you remain inside the arena or its lobbies.

What if I want to leave the arena and come back? Is my seat reserved?
If you exit the arena, your wristband will be removed and your seat in that section will be forfeited. You may re-enter the arena if it has not reached full capacity, but there is no guarantee you will receive the same color wristband on return.

What does the color and number on my wristband mean?
The color on the wristband is only for staff to verify your section and you do not need to worry about locating the color anywhere in the arena. You will only need to look at the section number printed on the band and follow the arena signage to that assigned numbered section.

Can I leave things at my seat to save it while I go back to the other event areas?
No, you may not leave items at a seat to hold your place. Items left unattended will be given to security. Once your wristband is removed upon exiting the arena, you will not be able to return to your original seat.

What if someone in my party needs accessible seating?
If you, or someone in your party, is in need of accessible seating, please approach one of our friendly staff and they will guide you to the right location. Please note this area does not have elevators, so if you are unable to use stairs, please seek out our staff.

What if I only want to come to the arena for Closing Ceremony?
You're welcome to attend just one event at the arena, but please be aware that we may reach capacity. If that happens, we will not be able to allow any additional guests to enter.

To ensure you have a seat, especially for the closing ceremonies, we strongly encourage you to arrive early and enjoy the full day of events. The arena will become busier as the day goes on, so arriving early will give you the best chance of securing a spot.

Can I bring a stroller, suitcase or wagon into the arena?
Due to the lack of elevators, strollers and other wheeled items (other than wheelchairs) are not permitted inside the arena. We invite guests with strollers to view the event broadcast at the main stage in Hall B.

The arena is full. Is there somewhere else I can watch the finals from?
Yes! All arena events will be broadcast live at the main stage in Hall B.
