Registration

 

 

Spectator Registration 

Not competing at NAIC?  Grab a spectator pass to cheer on your favorite competitor and to delight in fun, games and additional activities!  
 

To register as a spectator and purchase a pass, you will create an account profile, or login to a previously created account, using the button at the bottom of this section. 

 

Multi-day Pass - Valid Friday, June 12 through Sunday, June 14
$30/each  SOLD OUT

 

 

In addition to your own pass, you may register a maximum of one (1) additional adult and up to three (3) youth attendees.  Once purchased and registered, passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Please review the information below prior to registering any other attendees: 

- After payment, you will be required to provide the name and unique email address for any additional adult you are registering.  Be sure you have confirmed with your guest their name and email preferences.  All individuals whose information is provided must be made aware of this prior to any registration.  All personal data will be handled in accordance with TPCi's privacy notice which is available for review here.

- Youth attendees will be connected to your account and need to arrive with you to collect their badges.

- Youth 16 and under must attend with an adult. Youth under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

- Youth passes can only be purchased along with an Adult Pass (max 3 Youth passes per account profile).

- Youth under the age of 5 do not require a pass and can join their parents at NAIC without advance registration.

- All attendees are subject to our event policies, including the Photo Release.

 

Spectator passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

Competitor Registration

Registration for this event is open to all competitors in good standing with the Play! Pokémon program. Competitors must have an active Play! Pokémon account with current and accurate information.

 

Competitor registration will be managed by RK9, and registration will be divided into two waves at the following times:

 

Competitor Wave 1: April 14, 2026 - 7:00 p.m. CDT

Competitor Wave 2: April 15, 2026 - 9:00 a.m. CDT

 

Competitor registration will close on Sunday, June 7, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CDT, or when passes sell out. 

 

Competitors with Travel Awards and Travel Stipends will receive separate information about early registration. 

 

Registered competitors ages 16 and under must be accompanied by a guardian. One (1) complimentary Guardian pass will be included during registration for all competitors under the age of 18.

Media and Content Creators

To apply for a Media or Creator pass, you must complete the Media or Content Creator Application. 
 
Completion of this application form does not guarantee you will receive a pass.  Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and applicants will be notified via email of the status of their application within seven to ten business days. Review criteria and the issuance of passes is solely at the discretion of The Pokémon Company International.  
 
  • -  Individuals interested in attending the 2026 Pokémon North America International Championships are encouraged to purchase a Spectator Pass when applying for a Creator Pass. If a Creator application is approved, the cost of the Spectator Pass will be refunded.  

  • -  One pass per person. Individuals receiving a Media or Content Creator Pass cannot hold both a Media/Creator and Spectator Pass.

  • - Individuals receiving a Media pass or Content Creator pass cannot compete in the 2026 Pokémon North America International Championships. 

  • - Each person that wishes to attend from an outlet or channel must apply individually.
