Activity Interest List


To help manage crowds, we are moving to an Interest List to select participants for some activities at the 2025 Pokémon World Championships.

 

Registered attendees with a valid badge may add their name to the Interest List for as many activities as they wish.  After the Interest List is closed, attendees will be randomly selected to participate. Selection from the Interest Lists is randomized there is no guarantee that an attendee will be selected for any of the activities they sign up for.  

 

The Interest List will  until 10:00 pm PDT on Monday August 11, 2025. Attendees will be notified via email if they have, or have not, been randomly selected by 11:59 pm PST on Wednesday August 13, 2025.

What is an Interest List? 
An Interest List is a form that permits sign-ups to indicate attendee interest in and availability for partaking in select high-interest activities. 
 
Why are we using an interest list to sign up? 
To help manage crowds better, we are moving to an Interest List for some activities at the 2025 Pokémon World Championships. 
 
What do I have to use an interest list to sign up for? 
Each of the following activities has their own Interest List that requires online registration in advance of the event: 
 
  • - All autograph sessions occurring in the Autograph Room
  • - These Workshops taking place in the Fan Workshop Zone: 
    • Pokémon Model Kits with Bandai! 
    • Art Class with Jamie Jo Art 
    • Eevee Earband Craft with Eeveelution_Cosplay 
    • Plant Pot Decora with TreePeople 
 
How do we sign up for the Interest List? 
Guests with a valid badge may sign up until 10:00 pm PDT on Monday August 11, 2025.

I don't have a username to login. How can I join the Interest List? 
You must be registered with an email address to add your name to the Interest List.  Youth attendees, and some caregivers or competitor guests who registered with another person, cannot join the Interest List on their own. 
 
 
How many times can I sign up on the Interest List? 
Attendees may register their interest for as many activities as they like. As selection from the Interest Lists are randomized, there is no guarantee that a guest will be selected for any or all of activities they sign up for. 
 
How do I find out if I have been selected for an Interest List activity? 
All attendees will be notified if they have, or have not, been randomly selected by 11:59pm PDT on Wednesday August 13, 2025. 
 
I didn't get to sign up on / didn’t get selected from the Interest List, but I still want to partake in one of the activities. What do I do? 
  • - Some Workshops may have additional availability on a first-come first-served basis. Please speak with a Workshop Zone attendant at the event to see if participation is possible. 
  • - Autograph Room sessions do not have additional availability outside of the Interest List. 
  • - Participation is not guaranteed – we apologize for any disappointment this may cause.
