2025 Pokémon Europe International Championships
Registration
Competitor Registration
Registration for this event is open to all competitors in good standing with the Play! Pokémon program. Competitors must have an active Play! Pokémon account with current and accurate information.
Competitor registration will be managed by RK9 and registration will be divided into two waves at the following times:
Competitor Wave 1: December 10 – 7:00 p.m. GMT
Competitor Wave 2: December 11 – 9:00 a.m. GMT
Competitor registration will close on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. GMT, or when passes sell out.
Competitors with Travel Awards and Travel Stipends will receive separate information about early registration.
Registered competitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian and one (1) complimentary Guardian Pass will be included during registration for underage competitors. Competitor friends and family are otherwise encouraged to register and purchase a Spectator Pass - more information below!

Not competing at EUIC? Grab a spectator pass to cheer on your favorite competitor and to delight in fun, games and additional activities!
To register as a spectator and purchase a pass, you will create an account profile, or login to a previously created account, using the button at the bottom of this section.
One (1) Spectator Pass can be purchased per account profile. Youth under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and Youth Passes can only be purchased along with an adult Spectator Pass (max 4 Youth Passes per account profile).
When buying Youth Passes, you'll be required to register each youth prior to check out. Youth under the age of 5 do not require a pass and can join their parents at EUIC without advance registration.
Spectator passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Content Creator & Media Registration
Content Creator and Media registration for this event is now closed. For media enquiries, please reach out to your local PR contact: https://pokemon.gamespress.com/
To apply for a Media or Creator pass, you must complete the Media/Content Creator Application Form.
Completion of the application form does not guarantee you will receive a pass. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and applicants will be notified via email of the status of their application within seven business days. Review criteria and the issuance of passes is solely at the discretion of The Pokémon Company International.
- Individuals receiving a Media or Content Creator Pass will not be able to purchase spectator passes.
- Individuals receiving a Media Pass or Content Creator Pass cannot compete in the 2025 Pokémon Europe International Championships.
- Each person that wishes to attend from an outlet or channel must apply individually.
About the Content Creator Pass
The Content Creator Pass is offered to both reputable and upcoming Content Creators. A Content Creator is someone who creates entertaining or educational material to be expressed through any medium or channel, often in a digital context including, but not limited to, YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
About the Media Pass
The Media Pass is offered to members of official media organizations that can provide valid credentials.
